About
Start your day with a guided meditation and gentle yoga flow. We will sync mindful movement with our breathing through a variety of poses (asanas) that will certainly awaken your mind, body and senses. All levels welcomed. Modifications will be offered. Please register at least one hour prior to the start of class. The Zoom link will be sent out shortly before the class starts to registered participants.
